Since its true--a picture's worth a 1,000 words--clients are encouraged to accompany our inspectors to gain the benefit of verbal comments in addition to the computerized report. Our inspectors will address questions you may have, and will distinguish between items that need to be repaired or replaced, areas that may need routine maintenance, and items that may need immediate attention at the time of the inspection.
